The great minds over at Marketing Profs put together a great article on the top SEO trends for 2023.
In short, they listed the following as the top SEO trends for 2023:
1. Google’s continued volatility
2. The recognition that Technical SEO is of rising importance
3. Visual Search will grow in use
I couldn’t agree more about Google’s volatility, many clients have been hit by it and to say it’s frustrating is an understatement.
The rise of visual search is another one… It’s clear that SEO is headed away from images (not entirely may I add!) and towards video. I wouldn’t be surprised if Google one day docked businesses for not having any video marketing.
